• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills

• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold customer experience standards and train team on selling steps
• Drive team performance and engagement to achieve KPIs (OPH, SPH, NPS)
• Support services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment including BOPIS
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
