Description
You will provide leadership and strategic oversight for financial management, contract administration, procurement, quality control, and administrative activities related to government contracts. This role involves managing core PMO governance, directing staff, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations while optimizing procedures to increase program efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 10+ years of experience supporting procurement, business operations, or contract management for a large civilian agency
- 10+ years of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contracting provisions
- 10+ years of experience in federal business operations and contracts management
- 10+ years of supervisory experience in evaluations of procedures, processes, and systems; financial analysis and government-compliant invoicing; personnel security and onboarding processes with federal agencies
- 10+ years of experience directing task order changes and budget management
- 10+ years of experience overseeing analytical studies and report preparation with charts and graphs
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight for financial management, contract administration, procurement, quality control, and administrative activities
- Manage core PMO governance and administration including invoicing, reporting, document quality, systems management, onboarding/offboarding, audit compliance
- Coordinate program-wide risk and issue management, driving regular reviews and supporting mitigation strategies
- Oversee the delivery of complex issues, reports, and deliverables to government counterparts
- Direct the evaluation and optimization of existing procedures and processes to increase program efficiency
- Supervise coordination of task order changes including proposal pricing, financial forecasting and scheduling, and budgeting
- Direct government-compliant invoicing and accurate labor reporting processes
- Provide daily supervision of the Business Operations Staff
- Oversee creation and maintenance of program reporting mechanisms for each contract year
- Lead coordination efforts with customer agencies for all onboarding and security requirements
- Supervise technical liaison functions between the company and federal agencies
