You'll serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers at a Paint Center, delivering exceptional service and fulfilling orders accurately. Your core impact is ensuring projects move forward through custom tinting, color matching, and product guidance. This role requires balancing high-volume order processing with personalized support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and digitally.
  • Process orders, quotes, returns, and special requests using POS.
  • Perform color-matching and tinting services for customer orders.
  • Maintain product displays and a clean, organized sales floor.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Epicor Biztrack POS
  • Paint or construction supply knowledge
