You'll serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers at a Paint Center, delivering exceptional service and fulfilling orders accurately. Your core impact is ensuring projects move forward through custom tinting, color matching, and product guidance. This role requires balancing high-volume order processing with personalized support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and digitally.
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and special requests using POS.
- Perform color-matching and tinting services for customer orders.
- Maintain product displays and a clean, organized sales floor.
๐ Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with Epicor Biztrack POS
- Paint or construction supply knowledge
