Description
You'll drive Klaviyo's vision by outbounding and building relationships with new national and global partners, including marketing agencies and systems integrators. You'll source, activate, and enable these partners, using consultative skills to align Klaviyo's partner program with their business models and goals before transitioning them to the managed account team.
Requirements
- 8-15+ years of experience in partnerships or sales role at marketing technology company
- Demonstrated expertise in complex deal cycles and navigating matrixed motivations
- Experience with large partner types: global systems integrators, national agencies, technology providers
- Skilled in collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
- Experience managing high-volume, high-velocity partner relationships
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Enterprise Partner Account Managers, and Enterprise Account Executives to map, identify, and activate high-potential Enterprise partners
- Research and vet new target agencies with ideal-fit employee count, client type, and platform alliances
- Create and A/B test outreach messaging to schedule meetings and activate partners
- Educate new partners on the Klaviyo partner program and train them on tools and enablement resources
- Surface key new business opportunities with hunt partners for the sales team and ensure successful handoff to Enterprise PAM and AE
