💼 About This Role

You'll work in the Systems Engineering group for Telesat Lightspeed, a revolutionary LEO satellite network. You'll focus on requirements analysis and management, ensuring requirements are properly written and flowed to other teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape system architecture for a global broadband network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate mission requirements into system requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage Change Requests and Change Notices for requirement documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirement specifications.
• Provide guidance on deriving, tracing, and reporting on requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in systems, communications, or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in requirements management.
• Proficiency in requirements management software (JAMA or DOORS).
• Experience developing requirements for space or aerospace systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ECSS or NASA systems engineering processes.
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience or familiarity.
