Description

You will lead IAM standardization, drive automation, and enhance our Zero-Trust architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem at Roku. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure a globally distributed workforce and streamline identity management processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on IAM experience with Microsoft ecosystem
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID including Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management
• Automation and scripting with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API
• Advanced knowledge of Azure SSO methods (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Experience with privileged access tools and secrets management

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IAM standardization including identity lifecycle and access governance
• Drive automation across IAM for streamlined administration and user experience
• Support enterprise application onboarding into Azure Entra ID with SSO, Conditional Access, and RBAC
• Enhance privileged access management and implement monitoring, alerting, and auditability
• Advance Zero Trust Identity Fabric principles across users, devices, and workloads
