Description

You will provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Work one-on-one with clients following a plan of care by a registered nurse, focusing on activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of professional home health or patient care experience
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Commitment to quality care and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mechanical lifting devices
• Medication reminders
