πΌ About This Role
You'll support the Customer Success team in onboarding and retaining clients for a video creation platform. You'll help clients create impactful videos and identify product improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup.
π― What You'll Do
- Assist a CSM in client follow-up and workshops.
- Train new users on the tool.
- Participate in chat support one day per week.
- Act as client advocate to the Product team.
π Requirements
- Starting July or September 2026.
- First experience in customer relations or startup preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency.
