You'll provide best-in-class service to investors, supporting onboarding and lifecycle servicing for CIM's real estate and infrastructure products. You'll manage compliance documentation, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage investor onboarding and documentation collection (KYC/AML)
• Educate distribution team on operations processes for CIM products
• Respond to investor inquiries via phone and email promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve transactional issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years relevant experience in investor relations or client servicing
• Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

✨ Nice to Have

• FINRA licensed (Series 7/63 or Series 99)
• Experience with Salesforce
