Description

You'll design platform-level experiences for account safety on Roblox, working with cross-functional teams to create scalable, user-centered solutions that keep millions of users safe and engaged.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years UX/UI design experience with consumer social products
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking
• Ability to design for complex workflows and systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Create clear and empathetic experiences for safe account access and management
• Design for diverse audiences including young users, teens, adults, brands, and creators
• Collaborate with the Foundation Design Systems team to develop scalable, reusable patterns
• Use data and research to inform design decisions and improve outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure quality and strategic alignment
