Description

In this role, you will lead a team of area managers, coordinate production plans, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You'll work closely with other shift leads and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, master craftsman certificate, or degree in food technology, production technology, mechanical engineering, logistics, or similar
• Several years of experience in production and/or logistics, ideally in food, beverage, or consumer goods industry
• Experience leading and motivating teams as team leader, supervisor, or shift leader
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations
• Experience in shift planning, resource allocation, and process optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of area managers and supervisors to achieve production goals in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate communication, escalations, and reporting with production management
• Plan and allocate resources such as personnel, ingredients, and energy sustainably
• Investigate and resolve production problems, implementing improvements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and environmental regulations
