You'll lead the creation of bold, unconventional marketing stunts for Kalshi, the fastest growing financial market in America. Your ideas will capture attention, spark conversation, and drive cultural impact. You'll generate a high volume of inventive concepts and rapidly iterate to find the best ones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate bold marketing stunt ideas for attention and conversation
• Rapidly ideate across formats like installations and PR spectacles
• Collaborate with teams to refine concepts in real time
• Lead select concepts from idea through execution

📋 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in experiential marketing or stunt-driven campaigns
• Proven track record of launching 2–3+ stunts with examples
• Strong idea generation skills producing many original concepts
• Clear written and verbal communication to sell ideas internally
