💼 About This Role

You'll drive pipeline growth and revenue by selling complex outbound services to B2B revenue teams. You'll manage full-cycle sales using Challenger Sales methodologies with a focus on consultative, multi-threaded deals. This role offers remote flexibility across Canada and the chance to work with companies expanding into North America.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Self-source 10-25% of opportunities via outbound efforts using HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
  • Run discovery calls and manage multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles.
  • Meet or exceed $1.8M annual revenue target with 75%+ quota attainment.
  • Build relationships with revenue leaders to align solutions with customer needs.

📋 Requirements

  • B2B sales experience selling services to revenue teams (CROs, sales, or marketing).
  • Track record of closing deals with $20K-$100K ACV in 15-60 day cycles.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience self-sourcing and closing 10-50% of pipeline and deals.
