💼 About This Role

You'll lead Freetrade's Compliance program, providing regulatory advice across the organisation. You'll oversee Compliance Advisory initiatives with senior management and product teams, and manage the Compliance review and controls testing programme. This role offers a chance to shape compliance at a growing fintech backed by IG Group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of Compliance programme and regulatory advice
• Lead Compliance Advisory initiatives with senior management and product teams
• Oversee Compliance reviews and controls testing
• Manage Compliance team members in UK or Hungary

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years in Compliance at a retail financial services company
• Strong technical knowledge of UK financial services regulation
• Experience working at FCA or a large consultancy
• Ability to influence and build relationships with FCA
