You'll build and lead the Customer Success function at Basis, a rapidly growing AI company. You'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as a player-coach, driving adoption, expansion, and renewal. This is a founding role that offers the opportunity to write the CS playbook and scale a team alongside one of the fastest-growing companies in AI.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and lead the Customer Success function
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as a player-coach
  • Hire, develop, and manage a team of CSMs
  • Define CS operating model and renewal processes
  • Partner with Deployed Intelligence and Account Executives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience as a founding or early CS leader
  • Direct ownership of a renewal and expansion number for six- and seven-figure enterprise accounts
  • Track record hiring and developing CSMs at enterprise scale
  • Player-coach mentality, still running customer calls while building the team

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background at a vertical SaaS or professional services platform
  • Experience selling into or supporting accounting, audit, or finance firms
  • Experience deploying AI products into regulated industries
