You'll schedule in-home consultations for Renewal by Andersen, the nation's leading window replacement brand. Your calls will directly drive sales appointments and customer satisfaction. This role offers monthly bonuses up to $1,000.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make inbound/outbound calls to schedule appointments
• Follow scripts to accurately set qualified appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal databases
• Deliver exceptional customer service per Signature Service Program

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
