You'll edit short-form video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, driving ad performance across FinanceBuzz and other brands. Your work will engage millions of consumers and optimize creative assets for measurable ROI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality UGC-style video ads for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Contribute to title and thumbnail concepts for video packaging
• Record A-roll, B-roll, and other UGC content as needed
• Leverage AI tools to create new concepts, hooks, and B-roll

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience using Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of short-form content: hooks, storytelling, pacing
• Proven success as editor for growing accounts on short-form platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude
• Analytical skills with understanding of paid advertising KPIs
• Staying on top of trends on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
