💼 About This Role

You'll design and run the operating system behind our Engineering, Product, and Design organization. You'll act as the operational and strategic partner to EPD leadership, running rhythms that keep the org aligned. You'll produce artifacts that give leadership and the whole company clear visibility into priorities, progress, and risks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run leadership check-ins, PM weekly, and EPD-wide updates end-to-end
• Maintain systems that track EPD priorities, roadmaps, and project progress
• Produce clear reporting for CEO and leadership team, support board updates
• Coordinate cross-org strategic initiatives like hackathons and offsites

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or senior Program Management
• Track record of building operating rhythms from scratch
• Exceptional written communication to synthesize complex information into crisp summaries
• Deep fluency with tools like Notion for building and maintaining systems

• Product intuition to translate EPD work for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in a product or engineering organization
