You'll architect resilient API gateway and traffic routing systems for JioHotstar's global streaming platform, powering record-breaking live events. Your work directly enables seamless multi-cloud orchestration and massive CDN automation at unprecedented scale. This role offers high impact and visibility in a team that operates one of the planet's highest-traffic environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical vision and evolution of API gateway and traffic platform for north-south and east-west traffic.
• Architect and drive a unified traffic abstraction layer decoupling backend services from CDN implementations.
• Set architectural standards for ingress, traffic routing, and API management across multiple teams.
• Design CI/CD and GitOps workflows, and drive infrastructure-as-code maturity using Terraform and Kubernetes.

📋 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Envoy API Gateway in large-scale production environments.
• Expert-level programming in Go or Python with a track record of production-grade platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm for infrastructure-as-code.
• 9+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles focused on production traffic.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CDN architectures and integrations (Akamai, Fastly, Cloudflare).
• B-Tech or M-Tech in Computer Science or related discipline from a reputed university.
