• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business roles
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Screen and evaluate applications for competencies and fit
• Collaborate with leaders to define role requirements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
• Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field
• Strong communication in English and Filipino

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for crypto, fintech, or e-wallet companies
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
