- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business roles
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen and evaluate applications for competencies and fit
- Collaborate with leaders to define role requirements
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
- Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field
- Strong communication in English and Filipino
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for crypto, fintech, or e-wallet companies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
