Your core impact is scaling Meter across billions of square feet by signing owners and driving tenant conversions. This role stands out as the first in your region, building the market from scratch.

• Build relationships with brokers and property managers to generate awareness
• Identify and qualify real estate owners with vacant spaces
• Lead discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to close tenants and retain Meter
