๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the risk support ticket queue at Kalshi, a prediction markets platform. You'll work fraud, KYC, and account security cases daily in a high-volume environment. You'll help define SOPs and maintain SLAs as we scale.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and work through the risk ticket queue daily
  • Triage cases by urgency (ATOs first, KYC last)
  • Communicate directly with users in sensitive situations
  • Collaborate with Risk team to identify patterns
  • Flag product/engineering issues from case reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“4 years in fraud ops, risk ops, AML/BSA, or KYC
  • Genuine risk background understanding what you review
  • Clear written communication for difficult user situations
  • Judgment to make calls on cases with real consequences

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tooling
  • Experience at a fintech, crypto exchange, or prediction markets platform
