You'll maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas in a residential property, including landscaping, pool maintenance, and general repairs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain property condition per SOPs and safety standards.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Mow lawns, trim plants, and apply treatments as scheduled.
• Clean pool and spa per manufacturer specs and code.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and one year of grounds maintenance experience.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Record of punctuality and flexible schedule for after-hours emergencies.
