You'll handle inbound calls from retailers to assist with lease or loan application processing and build deep relationships with merchants and retail partners. You'll ensure merchant confidence by providing excellent customer service throughout the financing experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from retailers for lease or loan application processing
• Provide sound answers to merchant questions using operational knowledge
• Foster ongoing relationship management with stores and make outbound calls
• Conduct back-office processes such as funding and report generation

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
• Strong Spanish language skills including fluency in professional settings
