💼 About This Role

You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism at Kind Behavioral Health's Concord clinic. You'll provide parent education, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care. This role emphasizes small caseloads and a gold-standard implementation of evidence-based ABA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
• Design treatment plans and data collection systems
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide family training and attend monthly outcome reviews

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• 1+ years experience in ABA preferrred
• Experience with ASD preferrred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
