💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of quality for dynamic UI builders and schema-driven configurations, ensuring reliability across HighLevel's platform. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate complex conditional logic and API interactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Build and maintain automation test scripts for UI and API validations
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and workflows
• Track, report, and validate defects using defect management tools

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in SaaS/web applications
• Strong knowledge of API testing and performance testing (Postman, JMeter, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• Good programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript or Ruby)

• Exposure to white box and black box testing approaches
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
• Prior experience with automation in distributed systems or API-heavy applications
