💼 About This Role

You'll join Workato's global Candidate Success Team to shape high-touch hiring journeys that are connected, efficient, and intentional. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to keep complex multi-timezone scheduling running seamlessly and improve processes. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced enterprise orchestration leader and a flexible, trust-oriented culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own interview scheduling across APAC, US, and EMEA regions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Configure and manage jobs in Greenhouse ATS.
• Maintain data integrity and coordinate job approvals.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience
• Hands-on experience with interview scheduling and ATS management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with multi-timezone scheduling across global teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, Google Suite, and Jira Service Management
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS or tech company
