You'll lead the reliability, security, and operational excellence of Opto's technology platform. You will partner with the CTO to define and execute security strategy while managing a four-person platform engineering team. This role is pivotal at a critical growth stage, owning an established security program and driving it forward.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise and platform security posture across all applications and services
• Maintain SOC 2 Type 2 audit reports and ensure ongoing compliance
• Lead, mentor, and grow a four-person platform engineering team
• Contribute directly to technical projects up to 50% of your time

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years professional experience in Information Security
• 5+ years in software engineering, SRE, or DevOps
• Experience managing compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI
