You'll provide troubleshooting and customer support for Agility Robotics' humanoid robots deployed in warehouses and manufacturing. Your work directly enhances customer satisfaction and product improvement through detailed issue resolution and feedback.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve customer technical issues via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot problems related to robotics products and services.
- Document interactions and resolutions using ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex customer inquiries.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
