You'll provide troubleshooting and customer support for Agility Robotics' humanoid robots deployed in warehouses and manufacturing. Your work directly enhances customer satisfaction and product improvement through detailed issue resolution and feedback.

  • Respond to and resolve customer technical issues via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to robotics products and services.
  • Document interactions and resolutions using ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex customer inquiries.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
