Description

You will lead M&A deals, strategic partnerships, and corporate strategy at Roku, working directly with senior executives including the CEO and CFO. You'll evaluate acquisitions, develop financial models, and drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate the company's growth.

Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier school
• 12+ years of corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience in technology or media
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation scenarios, and recommendations for transactions
• Partner with senior leaders to drive consensus on strategic questions
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal diligence, integration planning, and implementation
