💼 About This Role

You'll own Nium's global stablecoin licensing strategy, leading new market entry across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. You'll drive regulatory strategy and licence applications while operationalising licences post-grant to ensure successful launches. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape the future of digital asset payments at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify optimal route to market per regulatory environment
• Lead licensing strategy and regulatory engagements
• Operationalise new licences across Compliance, Product, Finance, Treasury
• Establish local entities and develop hiring plans for regulatory obligations

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years in legal, regulatory compliance, or consulting
• Working knowledge of stablecoin/digital asset regulation in APAC, EMEA, or Americas
• Proven experience managing complex licensing or regulatory authorisation projects
• Track record of operationalising regulatory requirements
