Requirements

• 12+ years progressive construction management experience.
• 5+ years maritime experience in a construction leadership role.
• Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, MEP systems, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage external project teams and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as primary construction contact, advising on all project phases from programming to operations.
• Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, including financial reporting to executives.
• Implement contracting strategies to align incentives, reduce disputes, and protect company interests.
• Generate accurate cost estimates at all project lifecycle stages and build historical cost databases.
