You'll lead training initiatives at Next Health, a health optimization company blending medical innovation with preventative wellness. You'll design and implement comprehensive curricula across medical, operational, and technology domains. This role offers a chance to scale programs across multiple locations and shape company culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive educational curricula for diverse employee groups.
• Oversee and enhance the Learning Management System for all organizational roles.
• Develop and scale training programs to accommodate all Next Health locations.
• Establish robust onboarding programs to promote rapid acclimatization and retention.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in training development or related field.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and developing innovative training content.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire teams.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for effective training delivery.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Certifications in training and development, such as CPTD.
• Experience in the health and wellness industry, particularly in a rapidly scaling organization.
