You will lead the end-to-end vision and evolution of Roku's home-grown Video Ad Platform, shaping how programmatic advertising connects supply, demand, data, and decisioning. This role drives platform interoperability, supply management, and ecosystem connectivity to balance advertiser outcomes, viewer experience, and scalable monetization.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in video advertising technology and programmatic marketplace design.
  • Proven experience leading product management for ad platforms or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of supply management, demand connections, and ecosystem interoperability.
  • Experience with data, identity, and signal governance in advertising context.
  • Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive multi-year vision for Video Ad Platform, including supply management, demand connections, ad serving, and data signals.
  • Own product strategy for supply management across Roku Media: inventory governance, eligibility, packaging, and monetization.
  • Drive scalable integration patterns for DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and measurement partners using industry standards.
  • Define how identity, contextual signals, and measurement inputs flow through the platform for optimization and decisioning.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior product managers; set operating frameworks for prioritization and execution.
