You'll build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact to ensure they derive value from EasyPost's shipping solutions. You'll own contract renewals and identify growth opportunities to expand customer footprint, directly impacting churn reduction and revenue growth. This role combines strategic account management with a developer-friendly product in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Own and oversee the contract renewal process.
- Identify customer needs and growth plans to expand footprint.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly check-ins to assess account health.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated track record of effectively decreasing churn and increasing revenue
- Proven ability to work unsupervised or as a team member

- Previous experience in shipping and logistics
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Zendesk
