💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping drive sales, train team members, and ensure smooth daily operations. This part-time role is onsite in West Hartford, CT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Open and close the store, including register procedures
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store maintenance

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
