Description

You will support, customize, and optimize Lytec practice management and billing systems, working with billing, IT, and operations teams to improve system performance, data accuracy, and revenue cycle efficiency. Your role includes configuring software, developing reports, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Lytec practice management software
• Strong understanding of medical billing, claims, and revenue cycle processes
• Experience with Lytec reporting tools, custom queries, and data exports
• Experience managing a Lytec server installation on a Windows Server machine
• Experience with Microsoft SQL

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Lytec practice management and billing systems
• Develop, modify, and optimize Lytec reports, forms, and templates
• Perform database queries, data extraction, and data validation within Lytec
• Troubleshoot system issues related to claims processing, billing, payments, and reporting
• Support integrations between Lytec and clearinghouses, EHRs, and third-party systems
