💼 About This Role

You'll lead Siebel CRM design and configuration to support order management processes at TELUS Digital. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support and incident management. This hybrid role in India offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incidents and lead war rooms for critical outages
• Deploy applications using Kubernetes, Helm charts, and service mesh
• Implement end-to-end observability with Datadog/Splunk
• Maintain hardened AWS base AMIs and manage security exceptions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes administration
• Proficiency with Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, or Grafana for monitoring
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and on-call rotations
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices and vulnerability management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI for CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
