💼 About This Role

You'll own territory growth and build relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals to Nourish's nutrition platform. You'll spend 4 days weekly meeting providers in person, converting them into long-term referral partners. This is an autonomous field role with uncapped variable compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and identify new provider partners in your territory
• Build trust and convert leads into referral partners
• Develop long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff
• Contribute to refining partnerships processes and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from scratch
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
