You'll lead cryogenic system development for inertial fusion energy at a cutting-edge startup. You'll own end-to-end design and operation of DT fuel handling systems, enabling high-repetition-rate experimental campaigns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of DT fuel filling and cryogenic layering systems
• Define architecture for tritium-compatible cryogenic infrastructure
• Develop processes for repeatable high-quality DT layer formation
• Integrate fueling systems with target fabrication and shot operations

📋 Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or nuclear engineering
• 8+ years experience in cryogenic system design and operation
• Experience with 3D CAD (NX preferred), FEA, and CFD tools
• Experience with hydrogen isotope systems or cryogenic fluid handling

✨ Nice to Have

• MS in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
• Familiarity with tritium handling and safety protocols
• Cryogenic target fabrication for ICF
