💼 About This Role

You'll own the full AP cycle at RetailNext, from vendor onboarding and invoice processing through payment execution and month-end close. Your work ensures accurate books for a globally distributed finance team supporting a fast-growing retail analytics company. This role offers remote-first flexibility and full accountability for the numbers that close the books each month.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end AP process including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment execution
• Review and approve expense reports and corporate card transactions in Expensify
• Execute payments via checks, wires, and electronic transfers
• Drive AP portion of month-end close: journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
• Working knowledge of NetSuite (invoice processing, GL coding, vendor management)
• Experience with Expensify or comparable expense management tool
• Solid grasp of AP fundamentals: 3-way matching, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets
