💼 About This Role

You will join Saviynt's Support Engineering team to triage and resolve technical incidents on the Identity Governance and Cloud Privilege Account Management platform. You'll debug break-fix issues and ensure recovery within SLA while performing root cause analysis to prevent future problems. This role offers the chance to work closely with Engineering and DevSecOps on a leading converged identity cloud platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve technical incidents within SLA
  • Perform root cause analysis for production incidents
  • Publish knowledge articles and standard operating procedures
  • Communicate issue resolution to end users and businesses

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years industry experience in Identity Management and Governance products
  • Hands-on IAM domain knowledge (Saviynt, Sailpoint, OIM, ISIM)
  • Extensive SQL and database operations experience
  • Strong scripting experience (Shell, Python, Groovy, or JavaScript)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Domain knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Experience with PAM products like CyberArk or BeyondTrust
  • Knowledge of cloud internals (AWS or Azure, containers, Kubernetes)
