- Run daily office operations and maintain workspace cleanliness
- Greet visitors and manage guest registration process

📋 Requirements
- 5 years of relevant administrative office support experience
- Full-time in-office work in Seattle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including calendar management
- Experience with event planning and management
