💼 About This Role

You'll lead international tax compliance and planning services for a growing CPA firm. You'll oversee engagements, review returns, and provide consulting while mentoring staff. This role offers hybrid flexibility and access to global resources through the Crowe Global Network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct tax research and consulting for client requests
• Plan and supervise tax return preparation and consulting projects
• Identify tax planning opportunities and coordinate with client advisors

📋 Requirements

• CPA or EA with 5+ years progressive CPA firm experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferred
• Knowledge of international tax laws for various entity types
• Experience with UltraTax CS, CCH ProSystems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of estates and trusts, multi-state, and consolidated returns
• Understanding of GAAP principles
