💼 About This Role

You'll join the corporate HR team at Townsquare Media, a media and digital marketing company, supporting employees and leaders across the organization. You'll gain hands-on exposure to employee relations, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration. This role offers a clear growth path within a dynamic company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer and oversee the company's 401(k) program
• Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, and other leaves)
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
