You'll lead complex commercial and procurement contracts for a high-growth autonomous vehicle company. You'll partner cross-functionally to navigate supply chain dynamics and drive key business initiatives. This role offers strategic impact as part of a small legal team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts
• Navigate flow-down obligations between OEM and supplier contracts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Create and maintain forms, playbooks, and training materials

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tech transactions
• Experience structuring and negotiating software license and supply agreements
• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

• Combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Experience with IP and contracts in financing transactions
• Familiarity with automotive industry or supply chain dynamics
