You'll manage key client relationships for a healthtech platform's Payment Integrity Team, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor client communications and issue resolution
• Track and coordinate client support tickets across teams
• Analyze client data and trends to support strategic decisions
• Develop customer-facing materials, reports, and presentations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 6+ years in account management or client-facing roles
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and collaboration
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills

• Healthcare domain experience, especially with health plans
• Familiarity with Mac, Google Suite, Confluence, and JIRA
