Description

In this role, you will drive and enable business performance by delivering observability and insights for complex Risk Operations. You will work cross-functionally with Operations and Enablement teams, building key data sources, enabling self-serve reporting, and conducting analysis to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytical and strategic roles
• Expert in SQL, dashboarding, and understanding of data relationships
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with globally distributed teams
• Ability to connect the big picture to minute details to set and operationalize strategy

Responsibilities

• Wrangle large datasets using SQL and AI to create actionable insights and become the data expert for your business area
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track internal operations health
• Perform analyses, identify trends, build models to inform leadership of opportunities and risks
• Create narratives and documents to influence Operations and Enablement team decision making
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic analytical projects, scoping and defining success metrics
