💼 About This Role

You'll provide mechanical and electronic support for laser systems across North America, including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Your work ensures customer satisfaction through expert on-site service and collaboration with internal teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and demonstrate laser cutting and marking systems machines.
• Train customer personnel in operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical equipment issues.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of machine operation procedures.

📋 Requirements

• High School or Technical School education focusing on Electronic, Electrical, or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of mechanical & electric/electronic troubleshooting & service experience.
• Able to read mechanical, pneumatic and electric drawings.
• Trouble shooting experience via PLC is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronic systems.
• Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, Salesforce CRM, Team Viewer.
