💼 About This Role

You'll lead FATP process development and manufacturing readiness for Serve Robotics' sidewalk robots, bridging US design teams with Asia-based manufacturing partners. You'll drive DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and process validation to ensure yield, scalability, and on-time product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead equipment and fixture qualification with Cp/Cpk analysis
• Design and optimize FATP lines for medium to high volume production
• Drive NPI builds from prototype through pilot to production
• Own production ramp strategies including yield stabilization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or NPI in electronics/robotics/automotive
• Strong FATP process experience including line layout and equipment
• Hands-on experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), DOE, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R

✨ Nice to Have

• Led multiple product launches from EVT through mass production
• Experience with automation systems (robotics, motion control, vision systems)
• Knowledge of quality systems (PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, CAPA)
